As a Part of curriculum ,for 1st year BAMS students batch 2025-26 , we conducted Dhawantari Homa & Shishyopanayana ceremony In AAMC & PGC Davanagere on 09/01/2026.
The function was started by doing Dhanwantari Homa & Navagraha Pooja followed by Shishyopanayana , All the 1st Professional BAMS students were present for the function , all the teachers tied the Kankana to all the students. Prayer song was sung by the students , after that Oath taking was conducted by Dr.Muktha .M.N. Principal AAMC DVG & Pandit Krishna Acharya. After that Maha mangalarathi to Lord Dhanwantari follow by Prasada Vitarana. Lastly Group photo was taken with the students and staff. Followed by Afternon Lunch.

In this function around 36 teaching staff, around 92 Non-teaching staff, 350 U.G & P.G students were participated in the function and made function grand success.
