Admission Eligibility:
Must be eligible/qualified in NEET (UG).
Have passed 2nd PUC/12th Standard/ any other equivalent qualification with Science with at least 50% marks aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. (In case of SC/ST/OBC 40% (for Karnataka students only))

- NEET Marks card
- 10th / SSLC marks card
- 12th /PUC marks card
- Income certificate/ IT Certificate of Parent
- Transfer certificate (TC)/Leaving Certificate
- Aadhar card of the Candidate and Parents
- 12 passport size photographs with white Background
List of Documents:
- Students of other state should attach an Eligibility Certificate (EC) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, along with the application.
- Migration certificate.
